Refund & Return Policy Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of caviar, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Eligible for Return/Refund We accept returns or refunds if:
  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The package is unopened and in its original condition
To request a return, you must:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
Not Eligible for Refund Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
