Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of caviar, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
Eligible for Return/Refund
We accept returns or refunds if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The package is unopened and in its original condition
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
- Opened, tampered, or used products
- Dissatisfaction with taste (as it is subjective)
- Products stored improperly after delivery (improper temperature, freezing, etc.)
- Issue a refund or
- Send a replacement product
